They care about there customers. They are reasonably priced. I am really enjoying my chair. I am looking legged and have trouble finding furniture that is comfortable and ready to get out of. They found me an extended lift chair my feet actually fit with out hanging over. Even when it is not reclined I can sit without my knees being scrunched up or hang to sit sideways. I highly recommend them.
